A great feature of QuickHelp is the ability for your organization to create custom content - including videos, PDFs, HTML links, and assessments.
But what to do if you've uploaded an incorrect video file? Or you now have an updated video to use?
Please do not create a new asset!
Rather than creating a new asset for the new video, and then unpublishing the older asset, you can simply replace the old mp4 with the new one.
- Edit the video asset in question (Content > Topic > Category > Content)
- On the Configure Page, click Browse by Upload Video File
- Navigate to the new video file and click OK
- Click Save Changes in the Action Bar
The new file is now uploaded to the existing asset, and your Content list remains clean!
