Microsoft Graph is an Office 365 (O365) API provided by Microsoft which can be leveraged with QuickHelp allowing you to seamlessly manage your QuickHelp users as they come and go from your organization (Microsoft Graph configuration instructions can be found here), as well as providing you with select O365 usage reports.
A global O365 admin is required to set up this integration, and once configured it can give valuable O365 insights to QuickHelp Admins within your organization (who may not be able to see your Microsoft data/dashboards on a consistent basis). What’s even better is that you can monitor how QuickHelp specifically is affecting the adoption of Office 365 by comparing the number of active users for a given application based on whether said users are Active or Inactive within QuickHelp.
Once configured, Graph Reports will sync nightly and can be viewed on your main Dashboard within the Admin Portal.
NOTES:
- It may take up to 36 hours for the first Graph Report to display in the Admin Portal
- To ensure that all data is collected, the information provided in Graph Reports will always be delayed by five days
