QuickHelp provides your organization with a co-branded web portal (https://quickhelp.com/<unique_URL>), using your organization's logo (to add or change the logo, please contact your QuickHelp Client Success Manager). While QuickHelp will scale the logo to fit the designated areas (the navigation bar at the top of QuickHelp Portal, QuickHelp email notifications, etc.), it will scale proportionally, which means that the width and depth will resize in relation to each other to fit the space.
The recommended sizes are:
250px x 150px
350px x 75px
400px x 100px
The size you choose will determine how the logo will look when scaled.
