Yes. QuickHelp now can send notifications (previously emails) through Teams. This includes but is not limited to:
- The Welcome to QuickHelp Email
- The Engagement Engine Email (formerly the Weekly User Digest)
- Event Calendar Invites
- Users added to a Group
- Users assigned a User Journey
- Custom Campaigns (for a how to click HERE)
To move your communications to Teams Notifications, simply:
- Log in to the QuickHelp Admin Portal
- Select Settings > Configure
- Click Microsoft Teams as the Deliver method
NOTE : The delivery method for Custom Communication is selected when creating the specific Email or Teams message. Click HERE for how to create Custom Communications.
NOTE : Our current version of the app is 1.1.0. If you have version 1.0.4 or older, please uninstall it (here is a how to delete older version) and install this newest version (here is a how to install newest version).
