BrainStorm Threat Defense phishing campaigns are sent with an Email Template. BrainStorm Threat Defense provides preconfigured Email Templates that can be used in your Campaigns, and if you would like, you can duplicate and then modify any of these to create your own custom campaigns.

NOTE: Technical Support is included in your BrainStorm Threat Defense purchase. Exclusions to this Technical Support include custom email templates, landing pages, feedback pages, or remedial content creation as well as support arising from any customer-created content. These are paid implementation services that require additional fees.


To modify an Email Template Page

  1. Click CAMPAIGNS > SIMULATED PHISHING > EMAIL TEMPLATES in the Admin Portal 

  2. Check the checkbox to the left of the Campaign in you want to modify
  3. Click DUPLICATE from the Action Bar. 
  4. Click OK to proceed.

  5. Modify the Campaign Name and Subject Line as desired
  6. Make any changes you wish to the Email Body.
  7. Click PREVIEW as needed.
  8. Click SAVE CHANGES from the Action Bar.
