One of the first questions that pops into a user’s head when they are face to face with an error is “who can help me?”

We are happy to help. Figuring out, what the problem is... this is the first step. If you see an error that looks similar to any of the images below (error may be different, but the look and feel is the same) will depend on what you do and where you can go.

1. Password:

User account has become locked

Why haven't I received my "Reset Password" email?

2. Subscription expired:

If your organization's QuickHelp subscription has expired, an email will not be sent to reset your password and you will not be able to log in to QuickHelp.

We recommend that you reach out to your organization's QuickHelp owner to discuss any assignments you have not completed.

3. Single Sign-On (SSO):

In the case of QuickHelp authentication (using Single Sign-On), you may see an error that looks similar to the image below (error may be different, but the look and feel is the same), start by referencing this support document

4. Other

If your error doesn’t look like any of these images, verify the URL of the error page. If the URL does not specify “quickhelp.com”, then start by contacting your IT/Identity department.
